Working with Sky and his team on our addition was the best construction experience we've had. We had multiple limitations on the space we could work with and they helped us with designs that met our needs and the requirements of the city and historical board. Their attention to detail was amazing even in locations that no one was going to see.
Much of their woodwork was so well done we were reluctant to cover it. I had planned to do or oversee much of the work myself but it turned out so much better having someone familiar with and respected by the local community help with the permitting and lining up the right people to get each job done to our satisfaction.

We are totally satisfied by the work done and supervised by Stewart Builders on our remodel. We feel that we got good advice regarding possible choices. Sub-contractors were cordial, hard-working and concerned that everything should be perfect. They checked up afterward to be sure nothing got left out. Mr. Stewart checked the work when it was complete and found a place we had not noticed that needed to be reworked. A couple days later, he was there with his portable shop, making the needed fix. We would and will hire Stewart Builders again.

"A Source of Expert Counsel"
When we moved into our house two years ago it needed a lot of repair/update work. Through a word of mouth referral we were fortunate to have met Stewart Builders and Sky Stewart.
Sky brought in his team to quickly, expertly, and economically install a new oven and exhaust system into an old, existing marble countertop, build a custom cabinet to accommodate a new refrigerator, install a new cedar ceiling above our front porch and repair and repaint the exterior woodwork.
Sky is a source of expert counsel, a master carpenter and the tradesmen that he brought on site were the most experienced and professional craftsmen that I have ever met.
Stewart Builders is a rare builder and repair company that I highly recommend.

His calm manner, careful listening, patience and tact came into play again and again as we sorted through our priorities, budget, and design issues.
